Dear Parents,

Thank you to all who participated with the Culver’s fund raiser last week.  The store manager was VERY impressed with the hard work and eager attitude each of our choir boys displayed during their time there. As a result, the fundraiser was considered a huge success.

Response needed:  Viking parents, the Viking Choir has been asked to sing at Fort Snelling on Sunday, June 23 for the Sunday service.  In addition, we have received questions about the boys recording a CD.

Please email  if your boy/s will be available immediately after tour to sing at Fort Snelling AND to record music for a CD.  In order for us to move forward with these requests, we need to have 100% participation.

Spring/Tour Farewell concert and silent auction.

The staff has decided to combine the spring concert and the tour farewell concert into one performance.  All choirs will be performing on Sunday, June 2nd, 2024, just before the Viking and Kantorei go on tour. The silent auction and concert will take place at St. Raphael’s Church with the silent auction beginning at about 5 PM with the concert beginning at 6PM.

Silent Auction: It has been several years since we have had a silent auction as part of our spring/tour farewell concert.  We are going to hold one this year, and we need everyone’s participation. Please make plans to bring something to donate to the silent auction. Everything from gently used items that are laying around your house, to specially made gift theme baskets, gift cards, donated vacations, hand crafted items and bake goods, music or hobby lessons, homemade gourmet dinners… the list of possibilities is endless.

Your participation is vital to making this auction a success.  Again, reach out to your friends and family and see if they are willing to help out.
You may bring your donated items to the choir; Paul will take them and hold on to them for you.
